Hello, my name is Salvador Silva, but most people simply call me Sal. I was born and raised in the Bay Area and have lived here my entire life. I currently reside in Hayward, California, and attended school in Fremont, where I graduated from Washington High School.
Family is very important to me. I’ve been happily married for 14 years, and my wife and I have an amazing 12-year-old son, Ryan. Our home is also shared with two dogs and a cat, which keeps life fun and active.
Professionally, I work full-time as an electrician and licensed electrical contractor. My background in the construction trades has given me valuable hands-on experience and a strong understanding of how homes are built and maintained.
Outside of work, I enjoy coaching my son Ryan in baseball and tennis, which is one of the most rewarding parts of my life. I also have a strong passion for home improvement and construction projects. What started as a hobby turned into a deeper interest in the housing industry and ultimately inspired me to pursue a career in real estate.
I’ve been studying and following the real estate market for over five years, and I decided it was time to make it official and become a licensed real estate agent. My background in home improvement, residential construction, and electrical work gives me a unique perspective when helping clients evaluate homes and opportunities.
Real estate is currently my second career, and it’s a field I plan to grow in as I move toward retirement. My goals are to become a well-seasoned real estate professional, continue expanding my knowledge in the construction trades, and ultimately become a real estate investor—and possibly even a developer one day.
