Based on my previous experience I had with realtors, he really went above and beyond by spending several hours in the day viewing homes with me, and gave his honnest opinion on the pros and cons he noticed in each house when I asked. When not around he almost always picked up the phone when I called or was quick to call me back and answer any questions or concerns I had. I also found him helpful in selling my own house. He even bought cookies to offer to viewers when we held our open house and made sure our home looked beautiful for viewers. He was a great negotiator in both selling our house and buying our new home. I find him to be a very warm,friendly, and inviting person.
